Rex Turner, building Alaskan Dreams is a "Tradition of Excellence since 1970" in Anchorage, Eagle River, the Mat-su Valley. As an award winning homebuilder, he also became a land developer. Neighborhoods such as SkyRanch at Pioneer Peak, Equestrian Acres ,The Ranch Alaska, View Pointe at the Ranch he created in the Mat-Su Valley. Rex is on the job daily, not only managing the development of the upcoming exclusive new neighborhood "Panoramic Preserve", but sculpting the earth with his preferred D-8 dozer at age 87. His passion is to take a vision and make it a reality. He is known to be of valuable support to new home builders and assist them to fulfill their visions in this homebuilding & land development industry.
